It’s located in a neighborhood called Bay Ridge and sits half a block from Owl’s Head park which overlooks New York Harbor. The house was built in 1899 and owned by the same family for the past 111-years. It’s chock-full of original architectural detail that we hope to restore to its former glory. This photo was taken in 1939 by the New York City agency responsible for appraising real estate taxes; the sign shows block and lot number.
